What our guests are saying…
Thank you so much for your thoughts about last Monday’s Dinner concert at your Cafe. All of our veterans and families thoroughly enjoyed both the good food and the jazz concert. It could not have been better and we got many raves. You all outdid yourselves, the restaurant cooks, wait staff Nina Buck and you. And, of course, the band, they are fabulous. Thank your husband for such a great performance.
You can be assured that we will recommend the Palm Court Jazz Cafe to anyone we know coming to New Orleans.
All the best,
Ralph and Carolyn

Please pass this onto Nina as well. I don’t have her e-mail address:
Dear Kathy and Nina:
I want to THANK YOU for creating such a wonderful experience for the Solon High School Jazz Band on Friday, April 23rd!
Ed Kline, Jazz Band Director from Solon HS, was extremely happy with their visit to the Palm Court. In fact, he said, “it was the highlight of their New Orleans tour!” He referred to his performance, dinner, service, and entertainment as, “absolutely magical!” It without a doubt that you exceeded there expectations, right down to the unique opportunity when the Palm Court Jazz Band invited (8) students from Solon HS to perform with them for their final set. Magnificent!
Thank you for exceeding Mr. Kline’s expectations, as well as the students from Solon High School! I am confident they will remember their visit to the Palm Court Cafe for the rest of their lives. Many thanks!
Wishing you both all the best, as well as the Palm Court!!
Until next time…

“One of the best experiences in New Orlean. We could have stayed all night long… warm, informal atmosphere, the music and the food……did I mention the food!!!”
“No trip to the Big Easy is complete without a visit…”
“Traditional Jazz played in an authentic building… Thanks for making our visit to New Orleans live up to our expectations.”
“A big night on the town demands a belly full of fine food, so start at the Palm Court Jazz Cafe on Decatur Street, an elegant throwback to early jazz age supper clubs. The mahogany bar and mosaic tile floor are old school masterpieces. Check out the photos of famous jazzmen that line the walls.”
“The upscale Creole cooking is outstanding, but the hottest thing on the menu is Palm Court¹s nightly traditional New Orleans jazz. A revolving roster features venerable legends playing buoyant, joyful music, heavy on the snare drum street rhythms and bounding with brass improvs and clarinet solos. The urge to stand and dance the “Palm Court Strut” is strong, but wait until dessert is done…”

Dear Kathy and Nina,
Our client was extremely pleased with the dinner event of few days ago. She could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed it. They even thought about canceling one of the other dinner functions booked for the group to repeat the experience at the Palm Court Jazz Cafe. It could not have turned out any better than it did.
Please fax us a copy of the food and beverage check at your earliest convenience. Thank you again for your co-operation and I look forward to receiving a reply from you.
With best regards,

I’m sorry I didn’t have the opportunity to personally thank you for your help in making our post-wedding party a huge success. The food was delicious, the service was superb and the jazz was exceptional. The bride and groom were reluctant to leave for their next event! The umbrellas you gave them will certainly be treasured as a wonderful remembrance of a very special evening.
We look forward to returning to New Orleans and will certainly put the Palm Court at the top of our list of places to go.
Thank you again for helping me provide an unforgettable evening for my son, his bride, and all our guests.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your support in making the Louis Armstrong First-Day Issue Commemorative Stamp Ceremony a success. I know you are proud of the outcome and the part that you played in it. All of the comments from those involved were overwhelmingly positive.
As we all know, this city has a reputation for producing such events in grand style. With your contribution, we produced a ceremony in that great New Orleans tradition, which would have made “Satchmo” proud.
